consent (prior express written consent, or other similar type of consent where required) to

• Such consent was obtained in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA),

applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and/or Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

regulations, and any other applicable federal or state laws, and the SparkServ Master

Services Agreement;

• The consent permits the sending of text messages using automated or manual systems for the

purposes represented, including to provide the SparkAI services; and
