After years of building and scaling SaaS companies, we turned our focus to an industry close to our hearts: automotive. In February 2024, we founded SparkServ with a single mission—to help dealerships win back service market share.

We started by solving problems for the people behind the scenes, making daily work easier for BDC reps and service advisors. From there, our focus naturally expanded to what matters most: the customer.
